Home Sweet Home Health Services is owned and operated by Jennifer Palermo. Jennifer is a registered nurse and has been in the health care system since 2001.  She has specialized in home care, cardiology, trauma and critical care. She invests in future caregivers and has taught for the nursing programs at Northeastern University, MGH-IHP, and Labouré College.

All Home Sweet Home caregivers have extensive background checks and training regarding HIPAA compliance. We individualize the care of our clients in order to provide the best care possible in their home. Home Sweet Home also ensures full access and understanding of client care at all times with a caregiver binder in the client's home at all times. This binder includes information on the client’s care plan along and the notes from their caregivers. This will allow all caregivers and the client’s family to have an understanding of the care being provided.

Home care also provides peace of mind to a client's family, near or far, without taking away a client's independence or privacy.  

Care Schedule/Frequency

  • Home Sweet Home non-medical visits require a four hour minimum visit.

  • There are no weekly minimum for medical or non-medical visits.

  • Clients needing 24-hour care can save up 30% off of services by using a live-in caregiver. (Live-in caregiver requires personal bedroom and bathroom.)

Payment Options

Home Sweet Home currently accepts check for service payments (with plans for online payments late 2018.)
